Willoughby

Located between Langley City and the Freeway, it is the next growth area for Langley. Some sections of the Routley and Southwest Gordon areas are already under construction for new homes and townhomes. There are also developments pending in Yorkson and with the new 200th street interchange, the business/commercial area has commenced redevelopment.
